From the beaches of Mexico to the after hours of Spain, Mijangos continues to electrify Club-goers everywhere. After more than 20 years in the business, Andres Mijangos has garnered worldwide recognition, he has successfully paved his way as a DJ/Remixer/Producer playing a significant role in introducing house music throughout Latin America and the flavor of Mexico to the rest of the world.

Beginning in his homeland of Acapulco his Musical talents have earned him the opportunity to DJ in Mexico’s most prestigious nightclubs.
His unique blend of mixing music in both English and Spanish has allowed him to also spin across the United States.

Mijangos was featured at ACAFEST,  televised internationally along with  DJ/Producer David Morales. In 2001 Mijangos participated in Acapulco’s Aca World Fest, performing alongside with proclaimed DJ/Producers such as Danny Tenaglia, Carl Cox and Moby. Ultimately that same year he traveled over to the dance-music Mecca, Ibiza, to perform at the famous Pacha.

Aside from being a master DJ, Mijangos true strengths lie in the creation and production of music. In 1992, he did his first remix for Brotherhood Creed on MCA. During that same year Mijangos produced “Mijangos Tracks” EP that launched AC&S the Label. Since then he has worked on more than 100 remix’s and production projects in both the U.S. and Mexico.

Mijangos has make numerous appearances on Mexicos largest TV Network Televisa. Other accomplishments include doing remixes for Mexico's Top Artists. In the American market he has shared credits with David Morales, Todd Terry, Vission & Lorimer and David Alvarado. He has also remixed for top performers Gloria Estefan, Donna Summer, Brand New Heavies and Pure Sugar.

In 1996, Mijangos received national acclaim for writing and producing “Saxmania” on AquaBoogie Records which was also licensed globally to the Netherlands, France, Spain and in the UK Ministry of Sound. This track went top 10 on Billboard Magazine’s Dance Club Chart.
In the same year he produced Disco Incorporated “Disco ‘96” which went Top 20 on the same chart.
